What’s Included?
Accommodation
Accommodation before and after the trek is on a share basis in a comfortable Kathmandu hotel. Accommodation during the trek is in Tea Houses. These are small simple guesthouses with mostly twin share rooms, sometimes rooms will be triple or quad share. Facilities are shared, showers are bucket style and hot water is available at additional cost.
Travel
Your internal flight from Kathmandu to Lukla is included. Transfers to and from trek/airport are by mini bus. The trek is, of course, all on foot!
Food
Meals are not included. While in Kathmandu this gives you a chance to sample the amazing local cuisine. During the trek food is available at the Tea House where you stay for a reasonable cost. Altitude can affect your appetite so this flexibility ensures you only pay for what you eat. Allow approx £15 per day.
