Want to go travelling or on a gap year but don’t think your bank account will let you? The government may be trying to persuade us we are coming out of the recession, but the reality is everyone is still watching their wallets
At Inspire volunteer we don’t want that to affect you taking on the life changing experience you want!
We have just introduced paid teaching placements, to our already wide range of programmes available. These programmes are perfect for anyone wanting to teach English abroad and help poor communities, but who cannot afford to contribute through volunteer teaching. Paid teachers can gain valuable experience of living and working in an overseas community and learn about the country and its unique culture.
We offer opportunities in both China and Thailand, with monthly salaries ranging from 300 to 700 euro’s a month. With the average cost of a Thai meal and drink, at a local restaurant of 40B (61p) the money you are earning will certainly cover your lifestyle while you are abroad.
You can expect to work for around 3 to 5 hours a day depending on where you are teaching and you get the opportunity to work flexible hours, as well as a wide range of subjects to teach.
